Legal information

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Welcome Bikers Partner Portal and related services provided by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] ("Welcome Bikers", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Partner Portal, you agree to these Terms

1. The Partner Portal

The Welcome Bikers Partner Portal enables eligible businesses and their authorized representatives to claim, add and manage places presented through Welcome Bikers services

The Partner Portal may also provide access to commercial partnership and promotional services

2. Partner Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating and using an account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account; activities performed through your account; keeping your account information reasonably current; and notifying Welcome Bikers if you become aware of unauthorized account access

You may not impersonate another person or falsely claim to represent a business

3. Claiming or Adding a Place

A Partner may request control of an existing Welcome Bikers listing or submit a new place for consideration

Submitting a request does not automatically establish a right to manage the place. Welcome Bikers may verify whether the person submitting the request is authorized to represent or manage the relevant business. We may request additional reasonable information where necessary to complete verification

4. Verification

Verification confirms that Welcome Bikers has accepted a Partner's request to manage a particular place through the Partner Portal. Verification is separate from purchasing a commercial service

Welcome Bikers may reject a verification request where we cannot reasonably establish the Partner's authority to manage the place or where the request appears inaccurate, fraudulent or abusive

If circumstances change, Welcome Bikers may review a previously granted management right

5. Managing Place Information

Once authorized, a Partner may be permitted to manage certain information relating to the approved place. Depending on available functionality, this may include descriptions; business information; contact details; photographs and media; biker benefits; and other supported listing information

Some changes may require technical processing before they become visible across Welcome Bikers services

Welcome Bikers may remove or reject content that violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights or platform requirements

6. Partner Content

You retain the rights you hold in content submitted through the Partner Portal

By submitting content for publication through Welcome Bikers, you grant Welcome Bikers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, adapt for technical presentation, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote Welcome Bikers and the relevant place

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and publish the content. You must not submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; is unlawful or fraudulent; intentionally misrepresents a business; contains malicious material; or is otherwise inappropriate for the Welcome Bikers service

7. Partnership Subscriptions

Certain commercial Partner features may require an active subscription

Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, a subscription applies to one approved place; subscriptions are not automatically transferable between places; available features depend on the selected plan; and the applicable price, billing period and included services will be shown before purchase

Verification of a place occurs before the purchase of a partnership subscription. Once a place has been verified, purchasing a subscription does not require a second verification of the Partner's management rights solely because a subscription is being purchased

A subscription becomes active after the applicable purchase process has been successfully completed

8. Subscription Changes

Where supported, a Partner may upgrade an active subscription. The applicable upgrade price and conditions will be shown before the upgrade is confirmed. An existing subscription remains active until an upgrade has been successfully completed

Welcome Bikers may calculate upgrade charges based on the difference between plans and the remaining period of the existing subscription. Downgrades during an active subscription period may not be available

Available subscription plans, functionality and pricing may change over time. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase except where permitted by these Terms or required by law

9. Subscription Expiry and Renewal

The duration of a subscription will be shown at the time of purchase. Unless automatic renewal is expressly offered and accepted during purchase, a subscription expires at the end of its stated subscription period

When a subscription expires, features requiring an active subscription may become unavailable. Expiry of a commercial subscription does not necessarily remove the underlying place from Welcome Bikers or revoke previously confirmed management rights

10. Featured Placement

Featured Placement is a promotional service separate from a standard partnership subscription unless expressly stated otherwise. Eligibility, available positions, dates, duration and price may depend on availability and the current Welcome Bikers offering. A Partner may be required to have an eligible active subscription before purchasing or using Featured Placement

11. Featured Placement Creative Review

Creative material submitted for Featured Placement may require approval by Welcome Bikers before publication. Approval of the Partner's right to manage a place does not constitute approval of promotional creative material

Welcome Bikers may reject creative material that does not meet technical requirements; contains misleading or inappropriate content; infringes third-party rights; is inconsistent with the relevant place; or does not comply with Welcome Bikers promotional requirements

Where a creative is rejected, the Partner may be permitted to submit a replacement. Availability of a Featured Placement position is not guaranteed until the applicable process has been successfully completed

12. Prices and Payment

Current prices are displayed through the Partner Portal or otherwise communicated before purchase. Prices may vary by service, subscription plan, place, duration, promotional inventory or other stated factors. Welcome Bikers may change prices for future purchases. Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider's terms. A commercial service will not be considered successfully purchased where payment fails, is cancelled or is not confirmed

13. Cancellation and Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments for an activated partnership subscription are non-refundable

A Partner may stop using the Partner Portal or the commercial features associated with a subscription at any time. However, discontinuing use of the service does not entitle the Partner to a full or partial refund for the remaining subscription period

If automatic renewal is introduced, cancellation of renewal will prevent the next billing period from being charged but will not terminate or refund the current subscription period

If a payment has been made in error, a service cannot be provided due to an issue attributable to Welcome Bikers, or another exceptional situation occurs, the Partner may contact Welcome Bikers. Such requests will be reviewed individually

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law

14. Partner Benefits and Offers

Partners may publish benefits intended for Welcome Bikers users, such as discounts or other advantages. The Partner is responsible for ensuring that any benefit it publishes is accurate and that applicable conditions are clearly communicated. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Welcome Bikers facilitates publication of the information but does not itself provide or fund the Partner's offer

15. Accuracy of Listings

Partners are responsible for maintaining reasonably accurate information about places they manage. Welcome Bikers does not guarantee that all information displayed through its services will always be complete, accurate or current. We may correct, suspend or remove information where reasonably necessary to maintain service quality or comply with legal requirements

16. Intellectual Property

The Welcome Bikers name, software, platform design, branding and other materials provided by Welcome Bikers remain the property of Welcome Bikers or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Welcome Bikers intellectual property to Partners

17. Availability of the Service

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Partner Portal or related functionality may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, third-party service failures, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may modify functionality as the service develops

18. Suspension and Termination

Welcome Bikers may restrict or suspend an account or management access where reasonably necessary because of fraud or attempted fraud; unauthorized representation of a business; material violation of these Terms; unlawful content or activity; security threats; abuse of the Partner Portal; or legal or regulatory requirements. Where reasonable, we will provide information about the reason for the restriction. Partners may stop using the Partner Portal at any time, subject to obligations relating to active purchases or services

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Welcome Bikers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Partner Portal. Welcome Bikers is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by a Partner; unauthorized use of a Partner account where Welcome Bikers has taken reasonable security measures; independent third-party services; or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law

20. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Welcome Bikers Privacy Policy. Use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Welcome Bikers Cookie Policy

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, commercial offering or applicable legal requirements change. Material changes affecting existing Partners will be communicated where required by applicable law. The current version and its effective date will remain available through the Partner Portal

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise

23. Contact

The Partner Portal is operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], registered in Montenegro, registration number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered address [ADDRESS], and email [CONTACT EMAIL]
