Before you pay
How do I join?
Create an account, find your business with Google Places, and send it for review. We check whether it matches an existing Welcome Bikers place or needs a new listing.
How do I add my place?
Find your business with Google Places, confirm the details, and send it for review. We usually review new places within 5 business days.
Why do you check my place before payment?
We check that you work there. Paying for a plan does not make you the owner
Does paying for a plan make it my place?
No. We check your request before you choose a plan
Is my plan for each place?
Yes. You can add more than one place
What happens after my place is approved?
It starts on free Partner: you can manage its information in the Partner Portal. You can also try Promoted or Premium for a month, or choose a paid plan, for that individual place
What happens when my plan ends?
Your place returns to free Partner and you can still manage it. The benefits of Promoted or Premium, such as Biker Friendly and the Biker Benefit, stop when your plan or trial ends
Can I change my partnership plan?
You can review the plans for each approved place and choose an available plan or upgrade option in the Partner Portal
Can I try a plan for free?
Partner is free. One time-limited free month of Promoted or Premium is available for each managed place, on the tier you select. There is no automatic charge. When it ends, your place returns to free Partner unless you explicitly choose a paid plan
Is Promote included in my plan?
No. Promote is a separate one-week spot in the app carousel. We check your image before it goes live
How long does Promote last?
One Featured Placement runs for one calendar week, from Monday through Sunday
